HOUSE RULES

 

Welcome to Apartments Seventy Seven!


To ensure a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay for everyone, please carefully read and observe the following House Rules.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the stay without refund.

 

Quiet Hours

22:00 – 07:00

Please respect other guests and neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted at any time.

 

Parking

One free parking space per apartment is available.

Please send us your vehicle registration number before arrival so we can register your vehicle in the electronic parking system (Parking permit Guest – EasyPark).

Our guests may park free of charge at:

  • Parking 452 “Občina”
  • Parking 454 “Dvorana Vitranc”

Apartments Seventy Seven is not responsible for vehicles, fines, theft, or damage.

 

Self Check-in
Apartments Seventy Seven operates without a permanent reception desk.
Guests use a self check-in system. Detailed arrival instructions, access codes, and key collection information will be sent prior to arrival.
Guests are responsible for reviewing these instructions in advance and contacting us if anything is unclear before arrival.

 

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment or building, including at open windows and in common areas.

Violation may result in:

  • Additional cleaning charges
  • Reporting to booking platforms
  • Immediate termination of stay without refund
  • Liability for damage caused (including fire-related damage)

Pets

Pets (dogs and cats) are welcome on request and must be pre-booked (maximum 2 pets per apartment).

  • Fee: €12 per pet per night
  • Pets must not be left alone in the apartment for more than 4 hours
  • Pets must not use beds, sofas, or other soft furnishings
  • Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in common areas
  • Guests must bring their own pet bedding
  • Guests must clean up after their pets immediately
  • Pets must be vaccinated and free from parasites
  • Any damage caused by pets must be reported and may incur additional charges

A towel, feeding bowl, and complimentary treats will be provided as part of the welcome pack.

Waste Separation

Please separate waste into designated containers.
Glass must be disposed of in the glass container.

Rubbish bins are located near the sports equipment storage area.

 

Cleanliness and Care of the Apartment

Please keep the apartment clean and tidy throughout your stay.

Cleaning equipment is available for guest use.

If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment at check-in, please inform us within 24 hours of arrival by email, text message, or phone so that we can address the issue as soon as possible.
Complaints received after this period may not be considered.

 

Apartment Layout & Furnishings

We operate a policy of continuous improvement and reserve the right to change or move furniture and equipment in all apartments.

While we make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions are accurate and up to date, minor differences between the photographs displayed on booking websites and the actual furnishings may occur.

 

Self-Catering & Complimentary Supplies

Apartments Seventy Seven is a self-catering accommodation.

Complimentary toiletries, beverages (such as wine, beer, or soft drinks), and basic condiments may be provided on arrival as a welcome gesture; however, these items will not be replenished during the stay.

Additional toilet paper, toiletries, and dishwasher tablets can be provided upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

 

Windows, Heating & Electrical Appliances

Please turn off electrical appliances and lights and close windows and roof windows when leaving the apartment.

Please ventilate the apartment regularly by opening windows for a short period, especially after cooking or showering, to prevent condensation.

Do not leave heating running while windows are open.

 

Bed Linen and Towels

For stays longer than 10 days, bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days.

Additional changes are available upon request and may incur an additional charge.

 

Sports Equipment Storage

A heated storage room is provided for skis, snowboards, bicycles, and similar equipment.

  • Sports equipment and footwear must not be brought into apartments
  • It is forbidden to walk around the apartment in ski or cycling shoes

Unregistered Guests & Visitors

Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

Visitors who are not registered are not allowed in the apartment.

Violation may result in additional charges and immediate termination of stay without refund.

 

Parties & Events

Parties, celebrations, and events are strictly prohibited.

Violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund and reporting to booking platforms.

 

Cooking & Fire Safety

  • Do not leave cooking unattended
  • Always use the cooker hood while cooking
  • Do not use candles or open flames inside the apartment
  • Do not tamper with fire safety equipment

Illegal Substances

The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Violation will result in immediate termination of stay and may be reported to authorities.

 

Damage & Malfunctions

Please report any damage or defects immediately so we can arrange repairs.

Furniture must not be moved, and apartment equipment must not be removed.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

 

Lost & Found

We are not responsible for items left behind after departure.
Items found may be stored for a limited period and returned upon request and at the guest’s expense.

 

Internet (Wi-Fi)

Free Wi-Fi is provided for general use.
Apartments Seventy Seven is not responsible for internet outages, speed, or availability.

 

Check-out Instructions

  • Lock the apartment door
  • Return all keys to the EasyPin electronic locker
  • Leave the apartment in a tidy condition

Missing keys: €150 + VAT
Excessive mess or special cleaning may result in additional charges.
